You'd realize that every vehicle has their design purpose. I understand some times people like to have one versatile enough, but the trade-off is compromising in both ends. If you want to tow a boat or trailer, you'll need a big one. Those in your list will not do.

If you just need to carry a few bricks and stone crashes, you don't need to buy an SUV - you can just use your car (up to 500lbs in trunk)...
