请教! 方向盘左右抖动. 谢谢!

方向盘有左右抖动的现象,已经持续一段时间.多数情况下感觉到,有时感觉不到.不知是否与所谓"CV JOINT"有关?如果是这个问题,是否可以坚持使用或必须修理?车比较旧,如可能不想在上边花钱.请有经验的大侠指教.谢谢!
