怎么办? dealer 找不出问题。请诸位帮忙出出主意。多谢了！！！

开车时,如果打开通风,窗户关闭. 鼻子,眼睛,喉哝会很难受。
dealer 建议换cabin air filter，但换过之后，还是一样。
在找出问题并修好之前，我真的不敢再开。
由于鼻子,眼睛,喉哝难受而引起的头痛会持续好几天。
