求助：买了二手车被骗，大家来看看我该怎么办。

我是一名刚来三个月的留学生，9月17号从湾区的一家dealer买了一台二手车，原以为是朋友介绍过去，加之dealer是中国人，我就轻信了那些人，我就没怎么check那台车子，就付钱买下了，买完以后才发现那台车子的title是As is no warranty，可是偏偏在第三天的时候，车子的engine light开始报警，然后我在这一个月之内前后找了dealer三次，一直没有解决，每次过去都是敷衍我，不知道他们用什么方法，当时engine light不报警了，车子开回来就又继续报警，我也没什么办法，可是在10月21的时候，发动机突然动力下降，最后启动不了，最后找拖车拖回dealer，dealer检测，说发动机由于高负荷运转，导致发动机爆缸，只能换发动机，费用连人工至少在3000刀，dealer咬定说这是我人为造成，他不会负责，可是我每次开车都很慢，根本没有什么让发动机高负荷运转，这台车子从买来第三天发动机的故障灯就开始亮，一定是车子在卖我以前就毛病，最后导致这种结果，可是我现在也没用什么拿得出手的证据来说明车子在dealer卖我之前就是有毛病的，现在我都不知道去哪儿去声诉，dealer就是看我刚来的不太懂，这样白坑我。有好心人介意我去当地的DMV去complaint，这样有胜算吗？有没有人知道美国对二手车主维权的相关法律，请大家帮帮忙，给我出点注意，感谢大家了。
