求教: 是否是车内排气污染

开车时,如果打开通风,窗户关闭. 鼻子,眼睛,喉哝会很难受. 所以平时我都关通风系统.偶尔开窗.
为此,我已换过cabin air filter, 但还是没有改善.
这是否是车内排气污染? 多谢了.
