请教：如何修复Climate Control显示器故障

1994 Lexus LS400

Climate Control显示器故障4-5年，大部分时候空调温度和时钟数字完全不显示，天气很热时才能显示：车内90多度数小时后，部分数字显示；车内超过100度时，全部数字显示正常。

请教：

1、是LCD本身坏了吗？如果是，自己能修复吗？

2、我在网上查到的LCD，在$150以上，砍的太狠，各位知道有较好的deal吗？

3、有无LCD正常、其他零件损坏之可能？
