基于车的状况和大家的跟贴分析建议,本人作了如下判断 ------

(1)连接仪表盘(Coolant Temperature Gauge)的Coolant Temperature Sending Unit 可能没有问题,因为仪表盘上的Gauge指针随温度转动正常;

(2)由于引擎冷时发动后,只要不停,低速高速开得没问题,也许油路不会大堵塞;即便是油路问题,动起来较麻烦。不作为首先尝试;其它电子线路或器件故障难检难修花费大,有时拉货用的老车,不值得先花大钱买贵的零件尝试或请专家修;

(3)“Check” 引擎灯一般不亮;只有在引擎很热时换挡熄火和停车后再点火困难时,Check” 引擎灯在面板上显示出来。假如是传感器(Sensor)问题,也许是与温度有关的Sensor,即【fixanycars】告诉的那个带双线的绿色插口(Harness)连的Coolant Temperature Sensor (CTS);就像[北航新保理英子]所说:先把水温SENSOR换掉再说,较便宜只有$25左右;

实际操作:先去Toyota Dealer那儿问了价:$63.13 + Tax = $67.75; 然后又去Autozone汽车零件店问了价:$25.XX + Tax, 没有库存; 开车去了另一家Autozone店,有货Made in Mexico,电脑显示的最低价格仅 $13.XX + Tax, 惊喜!(大概是老车的零件,怕卖不掉,降价促销了);买了回家,卸掉引擎进气的空气过滤盒(舱), 拨开几根碍手的线,先断开绿色插口(Harness),然后用小角度可以转动的特殊扳头,拧下老的CTS,看到Coolant流出来,快速将事先用白色Teflon(特氟隆,聚四氟乙烯)绕过2-3圈的(CTS)传感器拧上去!

装好其它部件后,试车开了几十英里,当中有停车和趁热再打火,很高兴看到:原来的问题好像消除了!

一辆Toyota Corolla DX Wagon 手排挡老车,平时开得少,最近有状况!
一般当引擎冷的时候,很容易启动,开也没问题,没有Check 引擎的指示灯亮;
若开了约10 miles以上,引擎热了,在红灯前暂停,用一档起步,引擎会熄火;
若开了约10 miles以上,引擎热了以后全部熄火;很短时间内再启动,这时引擎没有冷下来,便不能再发动起来;不得不等引擎冷下来,才能启动。
检查了spark plugs,似乎状况不错,没有换;将老的Spark Plug wires连Cap和Rotor一起换了新的,PCV也顺便换了新。以上引擎开热不能启动状况仍旧存在。

主要有关跟贴分析:

[北航新保理英子]:fuel pressure regulator; 先把水温SENSOR-(去电脑的,不是去仪表盘的)换掉再说, single wire goes to gauge, double wire to computer; (南京之友: 我的理解:去电脑的是CTS;去仪表盘的是CT Sending Unit,连接去电脑(ECU)的是CTS = Coolant Temperature Sensor;这个好像靠近Thermostat Housing及在Distributing Cap后下方,上面连接的是(就像fixanycars告诉的那个带双线的Harness)绿色的插口;连接去仪表盘上Coolant Temperature Gauge的是Coolant Temperature Sending Unit,这仅仅显示温度提醒驾驶员水温状况。)

(南京之友: 正常开的时候,没有见Check 引擎灯亮,应该与Sensor无关; 这是一辆1991年日本原产的Corolla Station Wagon,以前一直性能不错,仅开了150K,平时不常用。 你提到可能是fuel filter, fuel pressure, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump and fuel injectors问题;凭你的经验,那个部件出故障最容易与温度升高有关?不会是Intake Air Temperature (IAT)Sensor 或 Manifold Absolutely Pressure(MAP)Sensor 有关吧? )

【fixanycars】:WTS Need replace, or check the harness., the green connector with 2 wires. WTS=Water Temperature Sensor = Coolant Temperature Sensor. (南京之友:若是Coolant Temperature Sensor坏了,开10分钟后Check引擎灯该亮吧?; 【fixanycars】:NO CODE SET IN ECU SOMETIME IF its deviation is within the specification ( if actual engine temp is 95 C but ecu receives 20 C from wts). hth. (南京之友: WTS=CTS diagnostic code 应该可以jumper wire检测Service Connector?1996年以前的车,Autozone汽车零件店不给提供免费Sensor code 扫描。谢谢【fixanycars】新思路!)

【internuts】:开玩笑, fixanycars is a pro;

[biglow]: 当车的温度到了closed loop范围内,车会控制EGR以循环尾气,同时调节进气以达到最佳的效率。如果油路压力不够,则mix too lean,从而idling时容易熄火。我不明白的是为什么热车打不着火。我说的几个是是按顺序来的,越在前的越有可能出毛病。

[色大胆小]:Honda use to have this problem due to master fuel relay. The soldering points on the relay develop hair cracks. When the engine get hot, the relay is opened due to those cracks, therefore, not allowing fuel to be delivered. Check your manual to see if you have a master fuel relay.
【coolwin】:Or fule injector leakage. 打火前,多空踩几下油门,如果打着了,就是这个问题.
