车子在高速上40-60mph加速时，会发生车身抖动

各位朋友，有一问题请教

我有一SUV--2001 Ford Escape 里程数约6-7万迈。现有一问题：
车子在高速上40-60mph加速时，会发生车身抖动，此时若松开油门，抖动便会减弱/消失。
若持续加速至超过65mph，抖动亦会消失，

请教，可能会是什么地方出了问题？
