* 联系停车场，是否有录像和证人
* review your own insurance policy, 我了保险cover a certain amount if I hit by uninsuranced car

一点tips：
抄她保险号时应核对车信息以及有效期，那一点不对都应该当时报警，否则事后即使报警也难以说清
