A question about BMW maintenance price

My car is in free plan and BMW pay maintenance costs for 4 years. But every time, I was surprised by the prices billed by BMW service center. For example, more than $100 for oil change, $1000 for brake flush. Does BMW really pay so much for these services?

After expiration, do I need to pay same price?
