二手车，该买哪辆？

正在看二手车，都是Dealer certified的Honda Accord 2.4L EXL，以前都是Lease的车，没有accident记录。

第一辆：
2006年，36K英里，要价$17,600
一个前Owner

第二辆：
2007年，43.4K英里，要价$16,998
【注：在CarFax上看到2个前Owner，但是在AutoCheck上只看到一个前Owner】

还有一个问题就是价钱，我在Edmunds上看到的“Clean”状态下的价格分别是$15,800 (2006) 和 $16,000 (2007)，这两个价格成交如何？
