求大家的建议：能这样卖这部车吗？

去年这部车在停车场被别人hit and run，车尾灯和后车厢盖有点损伤，由於还有另
一部车可以开，就没去修里这部车，后来因为尾灯的损伤没通过DMV的inspection，
也就没再继续给这部车注册。前两个月renew 汽车保险的时候，把这部车的保险也
cancel了。

朋友建议我到网上去试试卖掉这部车。车的整体状况很好，机器都很好，哩数也低。

我想问问大家：
要卖的话，需要先把车子恢复注册、恢复保险吗？还是就这样直接卖就行了？
