请求各位大侠~看中了一辆2000年E320 Mercedes, 该买吗？

在Craigslist上看到的：2000 Mercedes for Sale with 140000 miles on it. Just put new Michelin tires on a few months ago. Entire car in very very good condition. Paint still shines and no rips or tears in the black leather interior . asking for $7500, 大家觉得我多少钱能买的过呢？ 应该注意一些什么呢？我对车实在是不怎么熟悉，希望大家帮忙了~
