DIY is the first choice. If incapable, find a good euro car shops and let them do the jobs.

For those people, no skills, no learning desire, no extra money to throw, sell your euro cars and go get a new or 1-2 years old Malibu or Camry (if you are not concerned about tuna tin body)...
