修车爱好者，敬请诊断：我的车是怎么了？

这个问题已经连续发生三年了，每次都出现在夏天，每年大约二次：

快到红灯刹车慢下来的时候，发动机突然抖动，rpm指针上下快速摆动不止，有时抖到仿佛立刻就会stalling。骇得我急忙推进“N”档，猛踏油门让rpm窜升至4-5k，然后立马就风平浪静了。

虽不是太大的事可也经常得到其他司机的冷眼，是不是有点尴尬啊？！

想去修车行查查，又担心送去的时候车好好的，未必能查出个子丑寅卯来！

换了PCV valve后还是老样子。

朋友们可以提供些看法和建议吗？诚挚感谢！！！
