lease的车不是不能买

Don't do what she said to you.

You can go with her together to the bank which holds her title under lien. Tell the banker, in front of him/her, you pay cash, banker gets the money, signs and gives out the title. The seller signs the back of the title and fills up the BOS. Everything is done on spot.
