请问这些声音正常吗？

刚买了08年的RAV4 limit,买时已跑了2万迈。虽然是certified per-owned,但我发现早晨上班或者下午下班起动从park 档换成back，或者从back 档换成drive档时，车子前面(好像是刹车内)有晃动的声音。平常跑动时，也不时听到小的“吱吱”金属摩擦声。请问，这些声音正常吗？是不是dealer卖车前做inspection时疏忽了某些问题？谢谢指教啊！
