新手请教方向盘换油steering pump oil正常收费约多少

新手请教，98年taurus,最近搬家开了长途，现在一转动方向盘，就能听到车底吱呦响，就像缺油的老门轴转动的声音，不转动方向盘没有声音，是不是要加steering pump oil了？正常价格多少呢？是不是随便找一家都可以
做的？有没有什么要注意的？
因为新搬家，所以没有特别信赖的车行,对这种换油更没有概念，所以特地上来求教，
