I saw people posted at edmunds.com - for example some one bought RX 350 09 model at 2/2009, MSRP $44175 and purchase price $34604 Plus tax and doc fees. The car has AWD, premium plus, NAV and other small options. That is my conclusion when new model is near coming the previous year model get the maximum discount. Have to be patient.
