在local little dealer买偷来的车

any idea what will happened,在Local dealer 看中一辆车，但是dealer 说车是被偷来的，但是已经备案，owner 希望在这就卖了。现在我两个问题：这样的车能买吗？以后我要是想卖的时候会不会有问题。
