请问我的车突然打不起来了,我应该怎么办啊?谢谢!

下班儿发现车打不起来了,车买了两年多了,第一次发生这种事情,还在保修期内,是应该叫车厂过来,我是AAA的MEMBER还是应该要AAA过来呢?车在公司停车场,谢谢!
