请教，买旧车的问题

这个2001年 Accord EX (Coupe) ，卖家开价 $5500 ，是否合适？
是一个owner，但去年有个小事故，换了后部bumper。
第一次买车，请问我在试驾的时候要注意些什么，估计能砍到多少呢?谢谢！
