车后门需要修理，需要建议！

车后备箱门开着，老公就往车库里开，后雨刷根部被车库上门梁刮住，雨刷根部周围凹陷。车是雪弗莱Equniox 2007 LT.
各位高人有何高见？能DIY吗？
若修大概多少钱？哪个连锁修车shop比较实惠？
