现在已经不是这样的了

原来的建议是在没有专门的左转灯时，绿灯时可以开出1／3路宽等。但是根据最近的交通事故统计，这一条已经改为在建议在白线后等了。虽然没有以立法的形式定下来，但注意安全还是对大家都好。抢那1－2分钟也没有什么意思。
