请问车谈各位高手，如何辨别自己的发东西型号啊？

请不要笑话我，真的不知道我那老福特是哪个：
Ford Taurus Wagon 6 cyl, 3.0 L, Automatic 4-spd, 4V, Regular
Ford Taurus Wagon 6 cyl, 3.0 L, Automatic 4-spd, Regular
两个唯一区别是有个4V， 是不是4 valve ？那又怎么看呢？手册里没写
