请教：lower ball joint bolt的问题

今天去dealer做例行检查。查出说，lower ball joint bolt左面那个破了，右面那个在漏。破了的那个，有些渣渣样的东东在外面，漏的那个只是看上去有些油油的。这个东东要不要紧，需要马上换吗？dealer说换一个450，两个一千，俺觉得在敲竹杠。大家有这方面的经验吗？谢谢。
