又遇到了个问题，还是有关title的，请帮我看一下。

车是我的，但本以为我要出国，卖车时没办法在场，那就只好让我家LD卖车，所以就在title反面把LD的名字写上了，卖车价为1刀。
是不是现在就让我LD和买主在那下面签名就好了？
