车前挡风玻璃破了,有没有换的必要？

车前挡风玻璃破了，裂痕把玻璃从中间分成上下两个部分。有没有换的必要？会影响到安全吗？因为玻璃是2层，外面一层裂开了，里面一层还是完整的。
