请问:汽车加速轰轰响的问题

刚买了一辆二手的VOLKSWAGON PASSAT WAGON, 试车时没有太注意, 最近,发现当要上坡加速或提速为此踩油门时,发动机就伴随有"嗡-"的响声, 上完坡, 下坡或者在平地行使时踩油门很平稳, 没有声音, 请问是什么问题呢? 是因为需要换机油吗? 需要修吗? 会很贵吗?
另外, 手册中建议加91号以上的油,我加了87号油,不知道有没有影响?
