弹簧断了，要紧吗？

99年的Malibu，上周打气时发现右侧后避震弹簧下端最后半圈断了（里面的胶皮筒也歪了，但芯里的铁杆还是直的），从断茬生锈程度看是断了好久了，一直没发现，跑的时候也没觉得有何异常，不知这种情况危险不？后排还能载人吗？10年的车了，不想太破费了,各位给点高见啊！
