Did the stealer write on paper that no accidents when you bought

I don't want to pour a cold water on you, but you are hard to win.

If they didn't issue a writing expressing the guarranty of no accidents nor damage, they can say they didn't tell you that way, how can you prove they said?

In case they did give you a writing, they can can simply say that at the time we didn't see any reports such as carfax showing the car was involved in any accidents; and no visual evidence it was damaged. They are not wrong.

Hiring a lawyer is the last resort since you'll need to pay him/her out of your own pocket. I understand your pain and agony now, but do you like to pay thousands, if not higher, of dollars to pay somebody even don't know you can win? Relax, tomorrow is still bright...
