可不可以混加不同标号的机油？

昨晚半道上机油灯亮了，到附近一店里没找到同标号的机油，
手册上说是要加0-30w, 5-30w也凑合，这店里只有10-30w, 买了
一瓶，加了一半先凑合着。
不同标号的机油混加会有什么后果？是合成油。谢谢！
