Since you don't have to pay urself, go to a dealer with body shop (not every dealer has a body shop, so call before you go), ask the them give u a estimate. Show the estimate to 对方, ask him give u the money. after you get the money, u can do whatever u like:
1. let the dealer repair the car
2. go to a cheap shop for repair, so you save some money
3. don't repair it at all, you get all the money in your pocket
