change of transmission oil and brake oil

sorry for not being able to type chinese:

I have my famous 2000 VW passat with 11000 miles on it. Brake system and AC as well as belts have been taken care of recently. i will move to another state in 2 weeks that is about 3000 miles away. I am wondering about what i have to do with my car before the trip. As I know transmission oil and brake oil are not changed for long, shoul i have them chenged now? What other things do I need to do with this car?
