买旧车求教一个问题

想买一辆used minivan. 今天看了一辆2003年的Honda Odyssey.车外表看上去很不错,让dealer 搞得跟新车似的. Carfax report 只有三条纪录. 最后一条是2005年2月. 也就是说过去4年, 没有任何纪录在Carfax. 心里有点打鼓, 至少每2年的inspection and regsitration 应该有纪录呀. 哪位大侠能给解释一下吗? 非常感激.
