出事故了，求助

人生终于完整了。周四下雨，停在一个路口等绿灯的时候被后面的车撞了。车的后bumper，trunk和右侧的灯坏了。保险公司给了我几个body shop让我选。今天去问了三家，一千五，两千到三千不等。3000的那家用的是新的part估价的。但是body shop跟我讲，因为我的车已经很老了（9年9万4千迈），我的保险公司，state farm，很可能要求要用used part。那样的话就是$2000。

我的问题是，既然我有全保，那我选哪家应该没有关系吧？另外我能不能让保险公司把钱直接给我？另外，如果对方driver没有liability的话，我的deductible是不是就得自己出了？
