2002 FORD TAURUS SEL. $900, 值吗？

上个星期，不小心，车在朋友门前的街道被水淹了20分钟。（到BUMPER的位置）
现启动不了。保险公司作报废处理。

我的车88k miles,刚换过新胎（70K WARRANTY，LIFETIME ALIGNMENT，LIFETIME BALANCE/REPAIR/REPLACEMENT），新电池，新刹车，刚做的MAJOR MAINTENANCE，有所有的OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT，如双电动座椅，全皮，升级的音响，等等,有点舍不得。

保险公司说，他们可以让我保留此车，但要在赔款中扣除$900。。。担心以后车会有很多麻烦。。。但，单单新胎，电池就差不多值九百了。

值不值保留此车??
