09 CXL model, leather seats, 3rd seats. But no entertainment, no sunroof.
Edmund invoice is $35,324. 一个DEALER给了我34000+tax, fees。这个车可以下手吗？

如果我没有记错的话TAX是可以要回来的，请指证
