两周半前我买了辆新Honda accord, 可我还是没有收到title,

前两天我给车行打电话，他们今天给我寄来了一张 copy of title让我去登记车，我什么时候才能拿到real title和我分期付款买车的文件？他们的效率怎么这样慢啊
