为何一个轮胎总是周期性的响？

我的旧车（99plymouth mini van)自从一年前换了闸以后 右后胎总是状况不断。刚开始，时不时胎很热。现在如果连续开上半小时后，该胎就出现周期性的响声（同轮胎的转动一致）。 在车铺修了不下四回，却总是找不到真正的原因。上周五刚修过，今天就旧病复发了。
烦各位大侠给诊断一下， 到底是闸，break cylinder 还是其他毛病。
