This is exactly the cases we see in ER when MVA

is involved. No matter how careful you are, accidents happens, that's why it is called accident. At this point, the people in a car with bigger mass tends to have less demonstrable injuries than the one in the egg shell.

You can talk about all the test results or how smart you are to avoid the accident as you want. The EMS guys don't like the small cars either because they crumbles so much that, at times, the deformed car makes them difficulty to pull the people out in the first place!
