红灯右转被拍照 - 怎么dispute? 求助！

前几天突然收到一个Notice of traffic Violation. 说我在某天，某个路口 Failure to Stop at Red Light. 同时在这个notice上还附上了当时我的车在这个路口的四张照片。那个十字路口倒是没有No Turn on Red 的sign。当时我右转的时候好像也没有什么traffic，另外一个方向好像是左转的箭头灯。当时赶路比较着急，可能是slow down了，但没有完全停下来就右转了。

信上我过几天我会在收到法院邮来的罚单和处理这次交通违章的办法。我也可以现在到court的网站上去查有没有我这个ticket的information。就顺手去网站上查了一下，果然有这个ticket case的information，而且也几乎吓了我一跳：

1) pay $436 to settle the case rather than appear in court. (but with points in record, I guess)
or
2) pay $488 and request to go to traffic school, no points shown in record after traffic school.

以前从来没有拿过traffic ticket的说，除了parking。有没有类似经历的可以提供一点建议怎么dispute 或者至少少一点fine？多谢了。 现在经济那么不好，什么都很节约，不过这下可好了。唉。
