安全开车的一个直接因素就是驾驶技术。驾驶技术的高低直接的决定因素中很重要的就是开车的频率和路况。经常开车，经历过各种路况，那么才可以保证驾驶技术。开车这玩意和锻炼身体一个道理，一暴十寒的结果就是技术下降。技术不过关的结果就是要么危机别人的安全，撞了别人，或者临危就乱，结果被别人所撞。
