GM comes this far is not anybody's fault. Change a CEO is not going to place GM back to the right track. The best way to deal with GM problem is to get rid off the none profit brand and keep the existing profitable brand.

Regardless how much you dislike Obama, he is not the one that is running the company. He will not run the company. We just have to wait and see what is going on.
