Reasons:
(1) Intrepid is big but not sound
(2) Smoke - any excessive smoke is an indication of engine abnormality (engine is a heart in a car)
(3) The best chance to buy a reliable used car is buying those one owner with full service records. Definitely not those fix-ups.
(4) 91kmi isn't low for a gas engine
