重大车祸求助！！

前天老婆和儿子开车送我去机场，老婆回来时在高速路上因为躲避大卡车的突然换道，加之天还没亮，中间草坪很窄，从而驶入反向车道，造成一死两伤的惨重事故：我家的Subaru Forester与一辆Hyundai Elantra直接相撞,而后两车在高速公路上打转，再次相撞；第三辆车(Hyundai Sonata)撞入我家车的乘客（我儿子坐的位置）一侧；第四辆车（Jeep Grand Cherokee）撞入Hyundai Elantra的驾驶员一车。Hyundai Elantra女司机由于没有安全带，加之连续相撞，当场死亡。第三辆和第四辆车司机没有受伤，但车一般受损。两辆直接相撞的车全毁。唯一幸运的是我老婆和小孩只是受了轻伤，目前已出院。我的车保险是全保，但都是低限（Bodily injury: 15000/person, 30000/occurrence; Property Damage: 5000；Medical expense: 5000）。两点教训：尽量不要天黑开车，不要与大卡车太近。另外一定要系上安全带，如果可能，尽量投保高限。目前警察的事故报告还没有出来。我知道应该请律师，那位高人可以指点如何赔对方，我真的会赔得倾家荡产么？理赔过程有哪些应该注意的？谢谢
