刚换了tie rods的车会不会有问题？ (图)

我在Craigslist看到一辆车，这是车主的描述： I have a 2002 Saturn Sl1 for sale. Automatic Transmission. 117,xxx Miles. just had both tie rods replaced. Newer tires Tinted windows Alpine CD deck. Will throw in a cobra radar dectector with purchase. Car is mechanicaly sound. 请问这个会不会有什么问题啊？能不能下手买呢？
