shaking can be caused by many things

(1) there may be one or two cylinder(s) not working
(2) could be engine mount broken
(3) could injector(2) clogged
(4) fuel filter could be due to change
(5) fuel pump could be worn causing irregularity
(6) who knows might be computer wrong
....

Do a tune up first
