请教-想买二手车

想花5-10K买一二手车, 当然安全第一. 才学回开车不久. 请教大老们我是去DEALER那买呀还是到一些WEB SITE SUCH AS EBAY OR AUTOTRADER.COM买.

觉得网上便宜些, 也在EBAY买过一些东西, 但拿不定怎么买汽车.
