刹车皮怎样才能装的紧？

第2次返工，还是老问题。
刚装完还不错。出去开一大圈，有时候猛踩刹车一下，以后再踩时，就听到嗡嗡声，就像刹车片没卡牢rotor一样。

我装的时候pad跟rotor基本吻合，rotor可以稍微晃动。

请问谁能指点一下，怎样能做好？
